Katie is a business strategist and leadership consultant with over 20 years of experience in organizational growth and development. She has led the acquisition and management of over $20M in real estate, built a portfolio of 300+ rental units, and oversees more than 600 doors as President of FIG Property Management. Katie is the co-founder of FIG Solutions, a nonprofit addressing housing affordability, and co-founder of Linkous Solutions, where she helps leaders align strategy, structure, and culture. She also serves as Principle Broker for Slyman Real Estate – Commercial.

Elijah is a Knoxville native and was raised in business.  He is the eldest son of Clay and Katie and is excited to bring several years of experience in real estate and property management to the team.  His ability to connect with others has proven vital to his relationships with clients.  Through business acquisitions and operations, real estate investing, and leadership, Elijah is another powerful part of Linkous Solutions.
