She has led the acquisition and management of over $20M in real estate, built a portfolio of 300+ rental units, and oversees more than 900 doors as President of FIG Property Management. Katie is the co-founder of FIG Solutions, a nonprofit addressing housing affordability, and co-founder of Linkous Solutions, where she helps leaders align strategy, structure, and culture. She also serves as Managing Broker for Ten Oaks Real Estate – Knoxville.
